About our decision making structure
Rise Up Ghana Development Collective (RUDC) is exactly that, a collective. We lack the traditional hierarchal structure most organizations have. With few exceptions, we decide things horizontally. Participants gain decision-making power within the organization based on how long they’ve been working with us. For a full detailed outline of our bylaws, please see
What this means is we are open to anyone who wants to loan a helping hand, and in doing so, the helper becomes as big a part of RUDC as anyone else.
This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to dive into a development project in Ghana. We offer a locally based and small organization looking to rise to the top.
